Couln't able to login into ODK briefcase v.1.12.1

What is the problem? Please be detailed.
The ODK brifcase is not accepting the credentials saying
"please review connecition parameters parameters and try again.

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
ODK 1 version v.1.12.1 windows operating system

Anyone faced this similar issue. please let me what is workaround. Does the ODK briefcase has any connection with daily quoata of ODK aggregate server. The reason for asking is that my ODK aggregate daily free quota ended in the morning and i tried opening ODK briefcase after quota is ended

Hi,

If your quota has ended, you will not be able to log in to briefcase as eventually you are trying to connect to your aggregate through briefcase. Hope this helps.
