I have a select\_multiple variable on my ODK form. 1.I want to count the number of options selected during data capture 2. I also want to know which options are selected so as to valid some other responses during the interview. any ideas. ---

I think you will want to explore the `count-selected` and `selected` functions. See the "Operators" section on [this page](https://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/binding/) for examples.
