Cowater International is looking for an individual consultant to develop and implement an ODK survey in a country in Southern Africa. Approximately 2-3 weeks of field work developing the forms, preparing the devices, establishing the procedures and training the staff in data collection and management. Approximately the same amount of time for follow-up work over the course of the next months.
