Creating multiple (3) separate log-in ID and password for collecting data from 3 different people from 3 different places in one ODK Collect survey form

What is the problem? Please be detailed.
i have prepared a survey form with the help of odk collect and google drive but the data needs to be collected from 3 different locations/3 different people. How can I be able to put 3 login IDs and passwords for these 3 people so that one person can input data only for his/her location exclusively? Please help
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
ODK collect v1.19.0

If you are using ODK Aggregate you should be able to create accounts for each person with only Data Collector permissions.

You should be able to also include a username metadata question to automatically record their account name, and then check which submissions they are responsible for.
