CSV on ODK Collect

Hi,

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
On my CSV i got many differents possible answers but when i open my form on ODK Collect i don't see all of this answers. I don't understand because my xls form is correct and all of my CSV is correct too.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
ODK Collect v1.24.1

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I try to change the order of the answers (on Note Pad ++).
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

I would suggest to use two CSV files for your case if the selection hierarchy is okay for cascading.
One issue I noticed in your XLSForm choice label is blank.
Check the attached file and CSV. Here geolocation part is done for you.

Thanks for your answer i try with 2 CSV.

It's voluntary for the blank label because if i write a label my CSV have an error and they don't appearate.
