Is it possible, on an audio input prompt, to disable the "Choose Sound" button? We are finding that having that option available compromises data from other respondents using the same device by allowing this choice. Other workarounds would also be greatly appreciated!

You can't do this without editing the code in ODK Collect. If you want
this as an option, file a feature request at
https://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/issues/ or hire a developer from
http://opendatakit.org/help/help-for-hire to build it.
