Customizing ODK collect to allow user to select a condition to access specific forms that meet the criteria

Dear team,
I have this scenario where the user is supposed to select a scenario in ODK collect to access only forms meant for that meet that condition. for instance, user selects Malaria to access only forms meant for Malaria and if the user selects TB then only TB related forms are displayed on ODK collect.
