Is anybody could helps me to tell something about ODK , how we could sync
data from odk/ona to the dashboard automatically?

https://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate/data-transfer describes some of
the options. What a lot of people do is send the data to Fusion Tables
or Sheets and visualize the data there.
