Data server for your form or the Enketo server is down

Unfortunately this morning there is an error message coming up for all of my surveys when respondents try and submit through the Enketo web link - the error message is ‘The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@getodk.org. (500)’.

I have contacted ODK about this, but I was wondering if you had come across this before and if there is anything that can be done to solve it, or how long it takes for Enketo to resolve it?

This issue was resolved a few hours after your post. I updated you via private email, but just in case that didn’t go through, I wanted to update this public topic as well.
