In aggregate I need to configure site access that some users do not see all
submitted forms and only have capability to view forms they are working
with.

Could you please tell me how I can manage with this function.

This is perhaps most easily done by publishing or exporting the data and
managing access to that published data. i.e., restrict access to the ODK
Aggregate website and instead manage access to the Google Spreadsheet or
Fusion Table, or access to the CSV files that you have generated from ODK
Briefcase.

Note that users with Data Collector rights can access form definitions and
submit filled-in forms, but cannot view those submissions on the site;
field workers using ODK Collect only need Data Collector rights.
