Database error on ODK Aggregate

Hi,

When I try to access the ODK Aggregrate, apear this message:

Error: Problem persisting data or accessing data (SELECT * FROM
MARLUCE_V01_H5 WHERE _TOP_LEVEL_AURI =
uuid:2fa9bf98-6eea-4b15-b75e-d5e2d3cfdaf3
AND _PARENT_AURI = uuid:2fa9bf98-6eea-4b15-b75e-d5e2d3cfdaf3
multiple-choice valueSet is missing an entry OR has an extra copy of one)

Also, one of my instances has a error when I pull the database by ODK
Briefcase:
SUBMISSION NOT RETRIEVED: Error fetching submission uri:
uuid:2fa9bf98-6eea-4b15-b75e-d5e2d3cfdaf3 details: Fetch of a submission
failed. Detailed error: Internal Server Error (500) while accessing:
http://tapsctvufjf.appspot.com/view/downloadSubmission?formId=Marluce_v01[%40version%3Dnull+and+%40uiVersion%3Dnull]%2Fmarluce1[%40key%3Duuid%3A2fa9bf98-6eea-4b15-b75e-d5e2d3cfdaf3]

I think some character I my instance generate the errors above.

The database calls "Capacidade para o trabalho dos TAEs".

Please, could you verify and give me an answer?

and after repairing the corrupted submission, upgrade to the latest ODK
Aggregate. It should reduce or eliminate the likelihood of this happening
in the future.
