Database location of itemsets and how to replace with updated dataset

Hi,

We are starting a survey and populating the form with external select. But our record in the itemsets may need to be updated with the passage of time. We can manually update the itemsets in ODK collect but need a solution so that we could update it on server and sync all the connected clients. Rest of the structure of the form remains same. if have storage location of itemsets in database I could update it with new version and ask the enumerators to update the form in their clients.

Any hint/suggestion will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Majid

Hi Majid,

The ability to update forms dynamically is a long-standing feature
request from the community
(https://github.com/opendatakit/collect/issues/35).

If this is a feature you need, perhaps you can help us design and build it?
