Deleted form with submissions

Hello all,
We are working on an active project , but have accidentally deleted a form with submissions. Is it possible to retrieve this?

A deleted form should remain in the trash for 30 days before it is permanently removed. Before the 30 days is up, you can undelete a form that is in the trash. Read more at: https://docs.getodk.org/central-forms/#deleting-a-form

Thanks @danbjoseph . I noted we are working on an older version. So we don't have this feature
