-----------Sorry, we can't provide this sort of assistance. The suggestions you see
are part of the virtual keyboard, and are not part of ODK Collect. We don't
populate that list of choices or manipulate it in any way.
Android allows you to install 3rd party tools that provide alternative
"soft keyboards" for your phone. Some of these tools might allow you to
specify the vocabulary from which the list of choices is drawn.
