Display option of Q2 according to the answer of Q1

What is the problem? Please be detailed.
Example

Q1 What do you like the most?
(Single response)

options
1.Fruits
2.Vegetables

Note : If respondent select vegetable then display option of only vegetable in Q2

Q2 Which "Vegetable" do you like?
(Multiple response)

Options
1.potato
2.tomato
3.cauliflower
4.carrot

**if fruits is selected in Q1 then only option of fruit should be display **
Note : if in Q1 vegetable is selected then in Q2 vegetable should be display in question
