Hello @ict2021
Did you successfully install ODK Central on Digital Ocean following this guide https://docs.getodk.org/central-install-digital-ocean/ ?
Also, can you please specify the configuration you made on Digital Ocean side?
Looking forward to hearing from you
Regards

Thank you sir, for your help. I have successfully install the server but I am having two critical issues:

  1. my doman on the ODK Central was working one time but it started showing "refused to connect"
  2. The login credentials I created during the installation of my server are not working on the ODK Central login page.
    please kindly assist on how to fix these issue permanently, thank you.

@ict2021,
Thank you for replying back.
1)
Did your credentials work before the "Refused to connect" issue?
2)
a-did you provide the three DigitalOcean's name servers on the side of your domain's registrar?
b- did you create an A-record for your droplet on the side of your domain's registrar?
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you sir,
I didn't create an A-record on my droplet on the side of my domain's registrar.
Honestly, I will be appreciated if you can guide me on that. And finally I notice that my console is not loading too.
Thank you

@ict2021 ,

  1. Provide DigitalOcean's nameservers on your domain's registrar side
    On the website of your registrar, navigate to the "Management section of your domain"
    Open the "Nameservers" subsection and fill out the dedicated fields with the following three DO's nameservers:
    ns1.digitalocean.com
    ns2.digitalocean.com
    ns3.digitalocean.com
  2. Create an A-record
    In the "Manage domain section",
    Go to the "Manage DNS host records" subsection and create a new A record, where value should be your droplet's IP address
  3. Create an A record on DO's side
    You should also create an A record on the side of DO after adding your domain to your droplet
    Hope these help

Thank you for your response. I already did that take a look please .
