Documentation on odk geopoint format (discrepancies)

Thanks so much for reporting this! I believe the part that's wrong is the paragraph in the first tip you shared a screenshot of. selected-at is 0-based so indeed accuracy is at index 3. But index 0 is latitude, 1 is longitude and 2 is altitude. I have fixed it: https://github.com/getodk/docs/pull/1810/files

might there be a problem in the XForm spec too?

Returns the value of the item at the 0-based index of a space-separated list or empty string if the item does not exist (including for negative index and index 0).

I'm not sure, what's the issue that you're seeing? I see you highlighted index 0, I think this is just specifying that index 0 is not a special case when the input value is an empty string.

Sorry, I would read it like this, i.e. empty also (incl. ... and) for index 0. Maybe remove it from the bracket? "index 0" is just a "normal" index here, not something special. Why put it with negative index in and "and".
