As I'm doing the pre-loading this error displayed on ODK ( the CSV file contain non English words and I did all the changes as per the instruction)
It is complaining that the CSV file does not have a column with the name
"c_full_name"
Your form is attempting to filter on that column name.
i.e., there is an error in your form definition (not the CSV itself).
The filter condition you specified within the form definition is incorrect.
