Double form (not copied) that does not allow opening surveys

This is the same issue like:

Collect error about downloading two different forms with same form ID and version

AM EXPERINCING THIS ERROR ,HOW DO I FIX you have downloaded two different forms with the same form ID and version ,may be they were the same form uploaded at different times or to different servers .in any case ,you shuould delete one

and that means you have tow forms with the same id and version number what cause a conflict. Could you remove one of them? If you see only one please go to General Settings -> Form management and uncheck Hide old form versions.
