Hey,
I am trying to download forms using ODK Clinic. I am able to use the
default server to download patients/cohorts. That is not the issue.
When I go to "Create Patient" and click "Download Forms" - no forms
appear even though there are clearly forms available here
http://rwinkwavu.cs.washington.edu:8080/openmrs/ (admin, test).
Any ideas?

Clinic doesn't use the Infopath forms you see listed at
http://rwinkwavu.cs.washington.edu:8080/openmrs/admin/forms/form.list
It uses the XForms listed at
http://rwinkwavu.cs.washington.edu:8080/openmrs/module/amrsmobileforms/mobileResources.list.
And as you can see, there are no XForms uploaded.
Clinic is a bit of a low priority right now, so I haven't had time to
sort out what exact config works.

information.
Feel free to also try http://rwinkwavu.cs.washington.edu:8081. The
server on that port has the latest version of OpenMRS and modules and
it should work a little better.
