1. What is the problem? Be very detailed. I have completed my form but can't download on a device if I use the project account. But this is OK when I use my old account. message "Download Result " project name - Failure

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem? Tried on another account (old) and it works well

Do you mean your old account or the older version of Collect?

What server software and version is the server you connect to running? We test with and support recent versions of Central and Aggregate.

The issue has been resolved by writing hppt://odk.ona.io/nethips
instead of hppt://ona.io/nethips
