Duplicate records when pulling using Breifcase

Hello

I am using ODK collect and pulling my data using ODK breifcase, then exporting to .csv. I pull my data by first creating a .zip file on my tablet (Nexus 7, Android 5.1), then copying that to a location on my laptop, extracting the files and telling Briefcase to pull from a custom path (which is then directed to that unziped file)

I do this at the end of each day, and then delete the completed forms from the devise through the ODK collect app. However when I then pull the forms the next day, the data for the day before is also pulled, and creates a duplicate entry in my .csv file.

Can anyone tell me from where I need to delete the previous days forms to prevent this from happening?

It sounds like the deletion of the saved forms isn't happening or you
are deleting the blank forms or you are doing the delete when the
device is plugged in. After you try to delete the forms in Collect,
check /sdcard/odk/instances. Do you still see saved forms there?
