Dynamic Questionairs

Hello,

Can we create a form in a way that questions appear in dynamic way in ODK
Collect.
As in we can shift from first question to fifth question in ODK collect on
the basis of Option chosen.

Yes. You can make prompts "relevant" (or shown) based on previous
options. See http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/ for more.

The link I sent you has examples of relevance.
http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/binding/

And if you are using XLSForm, there are examples at
http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/xlsform/

And there are sample forms at
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/source/browse?repo=forms
http://opendatakit.appspot.com

http://formhub.org/formhub_u has some forms you can download and test with
skip logic. Checkout the polio form that provides several different
examples.

Thanks,

Matt

Also note that this question is more appropriate for the opendatakit@ list.

The opendatakit-developers@ list is for software developers seeking to add
features or create their own custom version of the ODK software.
