Enketo error when trying to validate form

I want to validate this XLS form on Enketo but I keep getting an error.
Error: 'int' object has no attribute 'strip'

The header in the choices sheet seems to be missing, I placed the header and uploaded it over Enketo - it works!

@yanokwa @LN,
Would be great to provide a better error message, e.g missing header in choices tab, please. (Online validator has the same confusing msg.)
