Enketo forms not working after moving a Central instance to a new server

On the new server I made an upgrade to the latest version of central, a re-build of the containers was giving me hope... but nothing, the result is the same.

@ktuite well... somethings happened... because magically after a few docker compose up and down... it all magically started to work....

But it seems I can't catch a break:

Central: containers not starting afrer boot, do start manually with "docker compose up"
