Enketo or Collect to read exif metadata from pictures

For a personal project about biking facilities, quite far from species distribustion, I would like to find a way to get GPS coordinates from uploaded image to Enketo or Collect for not to have to find where I took the picture hours ago on the map.
I take pictures on my bike ride to work, for example of a hole in the road, inconsistent signage, hazards in the bike lane, etc. I would like to be able to report these observation using enketo or collect without having to locate it on the map, or just to adjust if GPS was too inaccurate.

Quick and dirty:
Make a form with optional geolocation and image media. In the analysis, extract GPS from image EXIF and compare to geolocation, then pick the best option on a record by record basis.

Hi Florian,
thank you for your answer ! I am looking for a lazy solution  but I will take a look at pl-python or other solution inside PostgreSQL.
