Error: Address already in use - bind(2) Odk Build

Hi,

I install tokyocabinet, tokyotyrant in my local system and manage to run
odk build , when i start the server it works fine, and i see the odk build
form in localhost in 127.0.0.1:9393/ but when i started on the next day,
it says the following error when i run "bundle exec shotgun config.ru"

Could anyone help to solve this error.

I tried This code in terminal "lsof -wni tcp:3000" and "kill -9 PID" After
this i start the server using "rake db:dev:start" it gets started then i
use this code "bundle exec shotgun config.ru" Now the page look like the
following image
