It sounds like @kailash is trying to upload completed submissions from a tablet to the server, but you are trying to download the compiled data of all submissions from the server to your desktop? Can you please confirm what you're trying to do, and let us know what type of server (Aggregate or Central) and version of server you are using? Also, if you can attach a screenshot, that could help.

i collent 1787 records, i can see them in table, can make charts.
But i cannot download these data in my laptop. can i do?
I could exported the data.
