We are running formhub instance on AWS, and using ODK collect 1.4.5 to download and submit forms.
There is a requirement to distinguish between surveyors and supervisors, whereby we should be able to restrict public access to the forms, and more importantly the submissions. Initially, we found that any user with the correct URL could Get/Submit forms.
So with the Users feature at our http://formhub-instance/admin/, accounts were created. The option 'require phone authentication' under Settings was selected, and when trying to download a form the prompt rightly asks for username/password but keeps getting the INTERNAL SERVER Error (500). Checked and re-checked, user credentials are correct; even tried with all permissions given to the owner but getting the same Error Getting Form List.
The main goal is to designate the users/groups that are allowed to download and submit forms, after authentication by username & password. Anyone have an idea what I might be missing? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
