Error in ODK Aggregate "overflow on persistAsTable"

What is the problem? Please be detailed.
I publish to xml form and after upload and receive a error

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
ODK Aggregate v1.4.13 windows-installer

What you have you tried to fix the problem?

The form id and the name of each repeat group within a form definition should not be longer than about 60 characters.

These are converted to a database table name, and depending upon your database, there are various restrictions on the lengths of that name. 60 works for all systems.
