Error loading new forms in Enketo

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
I created an ODK Central environment using Digital Ocean with this URL (https://odk-central-saberes.lat/#/). The issue is that when I tried to open a new form using Enketo (web forms) I received this issue:

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
I tried to check the structure of the forms, but everything is ok (The system allowed to load forms without a problem )

I have the same issue - happened after upgrading to newest version.
I did a total rebuild on a new droplet and it's still happening.

I got it working once using the UFW disable - this used to be in the walkthrough but disappeared?
