Error logging on to ODK Aggregate Server

I have been having issues logging on to Aggregate server using Google
account (via OpenID). Each time I tried it, I always
got this message "Error: Authentication Failed: account not recognized".

Please, how can this issue be resolved?

On the alternative, what are the steps to obtain an Aggregate password?
