My survey team has just paid to increase the data quotient on our ODK server. However, when my data manager tries to upload data from his laptop to the server he gets the following error message:

Starting url: https://bccnyanzastudy2.appspot.com/upload unexpected exception: The username or password may be incorrect or the url: https://bccnyanzastudy2.appspot.com/upload is not Aggregate 1.0 - status code on Head request: 403

Can someone please advise what he needs to do differently?

/upload is not the proper path for submitting data. It is* /submission*

Your XLS file may have an incorrectly-specified submission_url -- in your
case, it should be https://bccnyanzastudy2.appspot.com/submission

Is he using ODK Briefcase to upload the data to the server?
