Hi Gaetano,
I'm assuming you have designed your own form that you are using? If
so, you need to upload the form you've designed to your own ODK
Aggregate server (not opendatakit.appspot.com) and then point ODK
Collect to that server. If you are new to ODK, I recommend you read
the instructions at http://opendatakit.org/use.

Just simply change your platform setting with the project name followed with '.appspot.com'.
for example: my project name is fajrin123
On your odk collect app (on your device) go to 'general setting' --> 'configure platform setting', then replace the URL with :
https://fajrin123.appspot.com
If you had difficulty to find your project name, contact your supervisor.
Or if you made the project, but forget the project name, go to your 'https://appengine.google.com/' and find the project/application that match with your finalized form (that you tried to submit).
