I have an error when I upload a form through the odk central website and press the preview button before publishing it. The error is the following "getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND odkcentral.upch.edu.pe"

When i go to test de form and try to use it. The error is the following: "unable to verify the first certificate"

While reviewing your ODK Central setup (odkcentral.upch.edu.pe), I noticed it appears to be behind a hardened firewall or proxy - possibly something like Fortinet. (Also, I noticed two different IPs during DNS propagation, so I’m crossing my fingers it’s not a load balancer causing hiccups!)

Could I suggest double-checking the firewall / proxy configurations? Sometimes these settings can unintentionally interfere with Enketo’s functionality. For example, temporarily disabling the internal firewall (or adding Enketo to an exception list) might help resolve any connection issues.
