Error on contact to team via ODK Collect website

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
Dear all,

I've been trying sending a message/mail to ODK team through https://getodk.org/ website with "Contact Us" button. Everytime I click "Contact Us" button on pop-up it redirects to https://submit-form.com/ website and apparently this website is dead as a doornail.

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Please try to send message to ODK Team thorugh website contact us link.

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
Fixing is beyond of my position.

Thanks for reporting this issue, @gyasar! My guess is that you ran into a glitch with our spam protection. I just tried it and it seems to be working now.
