Error on google cloud

Hi,

I am receiving following errors on google cloud:

ApiProxy$OverQuotaException: The API call datastore_v3.Delete() required
more quota than is available. in default 1

UnexpectedException: Service method 'public abstract
org.opendatakit.aggregate.client.odktables.TableContentsForFilesClient
org.opendatakit.aggregate.client.odktables.ServerDataService.getAppLevelFileInfoContents()
throws
org.opendatakit.common.security.client.exception.AccessDeniedException,org.opendatakit.aggregate.client.exception.RequestFailureException,org.opendatakit.common.persistence.client.exception.DatastoreFailureException,org.opendatakit.aggregate.client.exception.PermissionDeniedExceptionClient,org.opendatakit.a...in
default 1

Could you please guide me how to resolve these errors and log-in again on
appspot?

One more thing I would like to add - when I login odk aggregate it keeps
refreshing.and won't let me log in.

The quotas reset every 24 hours; you must wait or enable billing.

W.r.t. the refresh: aftere the quota reset, verify that if you use a
Private Browsing or Incognito window that you still have the refreshing
issue. Also, verify that if you clear your browser cache, you still have
the refresh.

If you do, it is likely that one of the form definitions is corrupted. This
can happen if you run out of quota in the middle of uploading a form
definition.
