Error uploading form to Aggregate

Hi Team,

I am encountering the error message below when I try uploading my attached form to Aggregate.

**"HTTP Status 500 - **

type Exception report
**message **
description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
exception"

I used the XLSFrom converter by Nafundi to concert my form to xml format and this was successful with no errors.

I have tried uploading some forms I created last year and it works well with no errors

I have a set of forms to develop and I am afraid I will be stuck if this error will persist. your help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Sorry forgot to mention, you had an error under "relevant". Please check the correction.

Thanks so much Al-Imran,

I realized the mistake was a missing apostrophe at the end of my relevant syntax ${meet_eligibility_criteria_yn}= 'no otherwise the syntax used is just okay because it is a select_one question type.
