Error uploading form

Hello ODKers,

we got the following error uploading our last interview today (Murphy's
law?), so I am hoping you can help us with a solution.

We have tried the following:

  1. manually submit the folder and media files (same error)
  2. checked that the form is accepting submissions online
  3. tried submitting from device with a different username

It sounds like something is wrong with the submission XML file. You can
open this with an editor and see if anything is wrong with it.

Or, send me ( mitchellsundt@gmail.com ) the form definition and the files
for the problematic submission, and I will see if I can figure anything out.

Have you successfully filled out surveys and submitted them on this device?

What Android OS version is it?

What ODK Collect version is it?
