Hi
I am getting this error whenever I attempt to upload data to the server
"impact_survey-Error: Not Found (404) at
https://opendatakit.appspot.com/submission?deviceid=imei12545"
Any advice of how to fix it?

Collins,
You need to upload your form to your own server (not
opendatakit.appspot.com) and point ODK Collect to that server. If
you've done that already and you are still getting this error, make
sure you don't have anything in the submission_url of the settings
worksheet of your XLSForm.
