Error while Exporting data via ODK Briefcase

1. What is the problem?
I have pulled data from my android device for four forms on it but I cannot export data for two of the forms. It shows the following message after 44-60% completion "Unexpected Error. See logs". The log file is also empty.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.

I am using ODK Briefcase V1.15 on a Windows 10.

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?

I searched for the log file, but it is empty.

I can share my ODK folder and if someone can help me retrieve data that will be a huge help. It has 2 months worth of work on it!

Hi,

If you are using free Tier of AppEngine, that could be the reason for this error as to extract large volume of data you need to set up billing plan with Google.

The log would be super helpful to have. https://docs.opendatakit.org/briefcase-using/#default-log-file-location has information about the location.

Are you pulling from Aggregate, if so, what version?

Can you include the Briefcase log?

What version of Aggregate are you using?
