# Error while opening the form: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 't')

**1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.**  
I have set down all calculations and had dynamically attached the forms , but on opening the form following error appears  
FormLogicError: Could not evaluate: /model/instance[@id="sale\_order"]/root/data[order\_uuid = /model/instance[1]/auaxGJouniGY2QWhBmpxXj/search\_uuid ]/p\_nam, message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 't')

**2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?**

**3. What have you tried to fix the issue?  
Checked all calculation , try finding in documentation and on forum but no solution**

Hi @jurrefws ,

That looks very similar to this forum post from a few years ago: [https://community.kobotoolbox.org/t/formlogicerror-could-not-evaluate-selected/33700](https://community.kobotoolbox.org/t/formlogicerror-could-not-evaluate-selected/33700)

The problem there was referencing a field that doesn't exist. Can you check all the references and field names match? Are you able to share the form so I can have a closer look?
