In fact I’m trying to install on cloud on a windows server 2003 the ODK Aggregate , that’s why I used apache-tomcat-6.0.39-windows-x64.zip, I installed the version of MySQL: MySQL Server 5.5 and I also used the connector: mysql-connector-java-5.0.8.zip, I followed step by step the installation procedure mentioned in your website, and I managed to get through the network to the instance of ODK aggregate but when i wanted to log in via a google account to access the section "Site Admin", I found the error message attached.
Knowing that before making deployment on the server I did it locally on my PC succesfully without any problem.
Thank you for helping me solve this problem.
(1) Look in your Tomcat log files to verify that the e-mail address in them
matches the e-mail address that Google uses (exactly).
(2) Go to http://gmail.com and confirm that you are either not logged onto
any gmail account or logged into this gmail account before you try to log
onto ODK Aggregate.
Then what happens?
