Export to CSV not working

I am having trouble exporting to CSV using ODK aggregate. It appears that
everything else with ODK is working fine-- I created a new form, uploaded
it, filled out data on a phone, synced it and I can see the data in
aggregate's "filter submissions" page, but I can't export it to CSV.

Essentially, after you hit export to CSV, it takes a long time on the
"exported submissions" page saying "Generation in progress" and then after
maybe 20 min it says "Failure - abandoned all retry attempts". This is the
same for all of the forms, regardless of the amount of data that each form
has.

Let me know with any ideas on how to fix this!
