I have been using ODK Aggregate to export KML files to look at my survey in
Google Earth. Is there a function to export data as a KMZ file, including
folders with images so that the data can be viewed in Google Earth locally,
without an internet connection? Currently, the KML file can be viewed
locally but all images are links to my appspot.com domain.
