External selects not working on ODK Central

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I have a form which is using external selects. The form works well when downloaded from classic onadata instance. When the same exact form is downloaded from ODK central, options from external select do not load.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
ODK Collect v1.27.3
Classic Onadata - Form downloaded from here works well
ODK Central v1.0.2

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
Nothing

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Upload a form with external selects ie select_one_external choice_name and the choice name is on the external sheet to ODK central and then download to ODK Collect

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

Hi @Absolomon_Kihara
I changed one thing in your form in choice_filter column from is_active=1 to is_active=”1” and it seems to work well.
