Failing to install ODK aggregate

Hello people
am new to ODK,
Have just got a job and am supposed to design a simple survey where
midwives will use tablets to send collected data to a server at my work
place.
since morning I have been able to grasp how to use odk collect, am trying
to install odk aggregate but am getting lost in there
does any one have a quick tutorial or video that can show me hands on

N.B when I try installing ODK aggregte i get this error message
Unable to update app: Error posting to URL:

403 Forbidden
You do not have permission to modify this app (app_id=u'as').

Please see the logs
[C:\Users\Shakira\AppData\Local\Temp\appcfg2008414914098613475.log] for
further information.

Are you following the documentation here:

The application ID you specifed during the installer is

as
This is incorrect (application IDs must be between 6 and 20 characters
long).

You can see the applications you have access to by opening a browser to

You need to have owner / administrator access to the application in order
to upload ODK Aggregate to it.

To correct this problem, you need to re-run the installer, specifying an
application ID that you own.

The installer does not modify your computer in any way -- it just writes
files into the directory you specify.

Thank you so much, it has helped my problem was with the user id
Have gotten past it
now problem is when i go to my https://appengine.google.com/ with me logged
in, I can see my app, however am failing to see where to upload my xml form
that I created from build

Click on the "Form Management" tab. You will see an "Add New Form" button.

You can use that to upload your form and media attachments (e.g., images
and explanatory videos that accompany the form definition).

You would also use that button to update the version of an existing form.

Alternatively, if your form uses many media attachments, you can use the
FormUploader tool

to upload the form and the media attachments with just a few mouse clicks.
