Failure to get token in odk aggregate installation

Failure to get token in odk aggregate installation. When I click get token it says "access blocked: Google App Engine appcfg's request is invalid. So help me please

So I have been trying to through that part but am failing help me please

What made you decide to try to install Aggregate instead of trying to install Central?
