Fill out form only once

Hello, Is there a way to limit a form to only be filled out once? For
example, the form is opened from "Fill Blank Form" and partially completed,
then saved. Or the form is completed and then saved. At this point I would
like them to not be able to click on "Fill Blank Form" and start another
copy of the form. When the user returns they can only click on Edit Saved
Form to complete the form. The end result is that the user can fill out the
form only once.

You can't do this without customizing ODK Collect or writing a small
standalone app.

One alternative is to bundle the app with an edited form, hide the
Fill Blank Form in the admin settings, and turn on auto send.

Another alternative is to tell users to only submit the data once, and
then in your reporting, only use the first record from any device.
