Hello, I want to make a form having finger print scanning capability, such  
that the form has a page with button "scan finger print" when pressed  
invokes the android device built-in finger-print scanner and records the  
user finger print. Kindly guide on how this can be achieved.

It's not, but if you [search for fingerprint](https://forum.getodk.org/search?q=fingerprint), you'll see that it comes up a lot. For this to be considered, it has to be filed at [https://forum.getodk.org/c/features](https://forum.getodk.org/c/features) and the use-cases flushed out. One good first step is for you to file that request and link to the various threads over the years...
